We're Hiring! Hair Stylist & Salon Assistant Needed.

We are looking for our next talented Salon Assistant that is passionate about the industry!

We need someone who is looking to learn the needed skills it takes to become a successful hair stylist and eventually move up to become a full-time professionally developed hair stylist at the salon.

Requirements:
-Cosmetology license or in Cosmetology school working toward a license
-Experience shampooing clients
-Great at multitasking
-Follow instructions
-Work well with salon team (team oriented)
-Flexible to work Thurs-Saturday
-Able to do a beautiful blow dry highly preferred (but will be trained)

Salon Assistant Daily Duties:
Prepping clients for stylist, shampooing clients, blow dry & styling hair, assisting all hairstylist, hair color glaze application, making sure the stock room is stocked, salon floor & wash room is kept clean, towels are washed/folded throughout the day.

Experienced Stylist/Colorist Needed

 

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and friendly Stylist/Colorist who is familiar with the latest hair coloring trends such as the Ombré, Balayage, Color Corrections, etc..to join our talented team. 

 

The ideal candidate should be professional, work well with others, stylish, responsible, ambitious, drug-free, provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work and appearance and must have their NJ State Board license. Having somewhat of a following is preferred.

 

We are a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon so having experience with Paul Mitchell color formulation and products is a plus but not necessary as we have monthly on-going education.
